Meet the DT!

Here is our WONDERFUL Design Team for July 2017 - December 2017!

"I am a wife and mother of three, two girls and one boy ranging in age from 7 thru 19. I was born in New York and grew up in New Jersey. I have been living in Florida for 24years now.  I enjoy participating in my children’s school activities and have been a teacher’s assistant for many of those years.

I started scrapbooking ten years ago with Creative Memories. I have since changed styles and added to my skills. I love scrapbooking because it lets me combine my passion for photography, art, and family memories.

I am a Fiskars Certified Demonstrator (Fiskateer Crafting Ambassador #1326). I teach people all about Fiskars tools and products. I teach scrapbooking, card making, mini album, and altered items classes. I was teaching classes for Fiskars at AC Moore in Orlando, FL until they closed. I have been published on the Fiskateer site as part of the 3 Fiskateers Team and co-hosted an online crop. I am also part of the Fiskateers CIA team; I have completed the “Boo” mission and will continue to work on other missions as assigned.

I have taught classes at scrapbooking retreats for not only the retreat/store owner, but also for myself as an independent scrapbook consultant. I owned my company as a Top Line Creations Independent Consultant, which allowed me the opportunity to work in the Creating Keepsakes Convention in the Top Line Creations Booth. Although, I do not sell Top Line Creation products any longer I still have a passion for scrapbooking and product promotion. I also design and sell my own line of scrap wear T-shirts.

I have been a teacher’s assistant for various well known scrapbookers in the industry at a Creating Keepsake University."

"Hi y'all  My names is Debs and I am from  Essex Ontario Canada.  Proud pet parent of 2 wonderful dogs and a cat.  Been crafting all my life but my papercrafting journey started 5 years after an accident limited my crafts.  I started with cardmaking and now 3D paper structures to mix media.  I am also working with perler beads to make pieces of art for friends and family"

My adventure with paper crafting was literally dumped on my living room floor.  My daughter and daughter-in-law brought to mom 4 big totes filled with stamping up and close to my heart items.  This started my paper crafting addiction.  Hello, i'm Jana Forrest.  I live in a little town in the Willamette Valley in Oregon.  I'm married to 'The Bob' and have one grown daughter + daughter-in-law.  Retired from the IT business.  I love just about any sort of crafting, gardening, cooking and I really love to wash windows.  Nice to meet you!

"I am the wife of a wonderful man, Charles, of going on 44 years. I am also a mother of 2 (Amy and Keith) and a grandmother of 3 (Caleb, Isaac, and Moriah), one of which just graduated High School last night. I’m very proud of him! My husband is retired Army and recently from American Railcar Industries. I am currently serving as treasurer for our church.

I have always loved to craft in some way, mostly with colored pencils and sewing, but with the busyness of life, I got away from that. That is, until 1997, when I got into scrapbooking and found a new form of art and memories. I was a consultant with a scrapbooking company, but about 2 years ago, I saw another form of paper skills from YouTubers….mini albums! I decided to try my hand at that, and I was hooked! Papercrafting became my new passion."

I have been a scrapbooker since 1998 when my oldest daughter was born. Ever since then I have expanded what crafts I do which now includes scrapbooking, cardmaking, mixed media, jewelry making home decor projects and sewing (ok sewing is relatively new so I am still working on improving that one). I was always a hobbyist , but this past December I decided to really do these things full time, which is when I started my blog in earnest and started applying for design teams. I am having truly the most fun I have ever had.
Judy M.

"Hi my name is Judy! I am a Louisiana native living in Colorado, where my husband of 30 years and I have raised our son and daughter. Monday through Friday you'll find me working full time as Director of Finance for a large Optometry practice but on the weekend you'll find me in my craft room where I do a little bit  of scrapbooking, a little bit of jewelry making and a whole lot of card making! My style is mainly Classic & Elegant and I like to do a little bit of Cute & Fun. I started my blog, Created Just 4 U (, about 2 years ago and love to visit other crafter's blogs for inspiration. Currently I serve on the Design Teams of 5 challenge blogs and 3 online retailers."

"My name is Kimberly Pate, I have been a crafter forever, however, about 10 years ago, I took a serious approach to crafting cards to sell and donate to Veteran’s Homes.   I have recently started moving past cards into doing other projects.  I love working vintage designs, as well as shabby  chic.  I have learned I have a fascination with laces and the beauty they add to any project. You could say, I like to try just about anything.  I am lucky enough to have a wonderful hubby who supports my habit, I mean crafting.  We have been married for 12  years with a blended family of three boys, who have given us 5 wonderful grandchildren. I am an avid walker, and use that quiet time as my inspiration for my projects.  I am excited to be a part of the wonderful group of Crafty Gals Corner Design Team. "

I am in my late thirties and I come from
Greece but the last few years I have been living permanently in the UK.
Since card making and scrapbooking are not very common in Greece, I
started my crafting journey just a couple of years ago. However it was
love at first sight and since then I haven't stopped creating. I craft
something on a daily basis even if this is just something small. To take
part into challenges I have created my own blog.

"I was born in Lisbon, Portugal but raised in Durban, South Africa. We have now called Pearland, Texas, home for the last 17 years. I'm a stay at home mom who has been married to a wonderful man for 29 years, and I have two great children, a daughter who is 24 and a son who is 19. Although I have always enjoyed scrapbooking, it wasn't until a few of years ago that my affair with paper crafting began. Now I love all aspects of this wonderful and very fulfilling hobby. My other hobbies are reading and baking and spending time with the family. We all enjoy travelling and visiting new places."

Hi There! I’m Mimi and I’m a Card Maker and Bullet Journal Enthusiast.

"I am an army wife, mom of four (mostly) grown kids, and currently living in Pensacola, FL in the US. I have been stamping for almost 15 years now, but I have been a crafter forever!  I remember making Christmas gifts for my family at a young age and being so excited about doing it all by myself.  Discovering digital stamps and the online crafting world has been an amazing journey!  I am so excited to be joining this team and creating project to inspire you!"

"Hi There!  My name is Tracy and I live in Victoria, Australia.  Yes, I live Down Under in The Lucky Country and I am so lucky to be married to the most wonderful man in the world, who also happens to be a pretty awesome crafting enabler too.  I have been creative for as long as I can remember and have tried many different crafts, from the traditional cooking & dressmaking while growing up to pottery, macramé and much, much more over the years.  My current addiction is cardmaking, with a little scrapbooking and some off-the-page projects on the side.  I started cardmaking a few years ago.  What started as a distraction from the aches and pains associated with being struck down suddenly with chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis has become an essential part of my life.  I love to create and learning new techniques and I look forward to sharing my creative adventures with you."

I'm Yaiza Figueroa, I'm Spanish, I live in Valencia near to the beach. I'm a teacher who loves crafts, especially Scrapbooking.
My favorite style is Shabby Chic, I made cards and mini-albums.
